Delete your sortd account
You can ask us to delete your sortd account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to make the request and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@flyskye.ai from the phone number or email registered on your sortd account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Please include your registered name and phone number so we can verify the request. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, phone number, city).
- Your identity documents and photos uploaded for verification (KYC).
- Your task history and the proof you submitted for tasks (photos and codes).
- Your bank account or UPI details saved for payouts.
What we keep, and for how long
We delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we are required by law to retain, such as payment and tax records. We keep those only for the period Indian law requires, after which they are deleted. We do not keep your KYC documents or bank/UPI details beyond that requirement.
