Terms of Service

sortd app · Operated by Skye Pvt Ltd · Last updated 30 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the sortd app and services. sortd is operated by Skye Pvt Ltd (“sortd”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use sortd

sortd is a work app for adults (18 and over) who earn by completing real-world tasks such as deliveries, pickups and drops, buying and delivering items, waiting in a queue, or taking photos. To use the app you must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and legally allowed to work. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.

2. What sortd does

sortd is a platform that connects people who want a task done with people who are willing to do it. We help you find nearby tasks, accept them, complete them, and receive payment. We are an intermediary: the task is an arrangement between you and the customer. sortd does not employ you and does not guarantee a minimum number of tasks, earnings, or hours.

3. Your account and verification

To work on sortd you create an account with your phone number and set a PIN, and you may be asked to verify your identity by uploading documents (KYC) and to add a bank account or UPI for payouts. You agree that the information you provide is true and current. We may decline, suspend, or remove an account if information cannot be verified or if these Terms are broken.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Payments, fees, and tax

When you complete a task, your earnings are credited to your sortd account and paid out to the bank account or UPI you have added. Tax may be deducted at source (TDS) as required by Indian law — for payments through an e-commerce platform this is currently 0.1% under Section 194-O of the Income Tax Act, and a higher rate may apply if you have not provided your PAN. You are responsible for your own income tax filings. You work as an independent contractor, not as an employee of sortd, and you are not entitled to employment benefits.

6. Things you must not do

Breaking these rules may lead to a hold on payouts, suspension, or permanent removal, and we may report serious misuse to the authorities.

7. Service availability

We work to keep sortd running well, but we provide the app “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that tasks will always be available in your area. We may change, pause, or stop features at any time.

8. Our liability

To the extent allowed by law, sortd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of customers or other users. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using sortd and ask us to delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the law, or to protect users and the platform. Earnings already due to you for completed tasks remain payable, subject to our checks for fraud.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Contact and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For any question about these Terms, contact Skye Pvt Ltd at support@flyskye.ai. See also our Privacy Policy.
